DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECT DOCUMENTATION FOR THE OVERHAUL OF THE CASTING MACHINE NO. 9 OF THE CASTING UNIT No. 5 IN THE CASTHOUSE No.2 OF RUSAL KRASNOYARSK JSC

Task:

Upgrade of the existing casting machine PNG-7.5 in order to install a modern Siemens PLC control system, replace the oil station, mixer control system and water conduit equipment

  • Mixer heating contactor control
  • Manual control of the casting platform lifting / lowering

S7-1500 PLC control system

BOCSH based oil station

Mixer heating thyristor control

Unified control of all casting unit components
